职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and qualify suppliers, with matched capabilities to products based on team requirements
2. Assist sourcing team in negotiations with suppliers and contracts
3. Regularly prepare samples for Head office and also track samples coming from Head office and pass to the right team member for follow-up
4. Monitor and send out monthly reports on pricing fluctuations for all product types
5. Assist in researching new products as required by team
6. Organize and maintain Supplier contacts database, factory visit reports and monthly updates to Head Office on Supplier related information
7. Organize and maintain team public folder and keep all information relevant and up-to-date
8. Assist to review and confirm supplier related information, details and loading specifications

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree
2. Well organized and logical thinker a must
3. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
4. Detail oriented with strong written communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
5. Knowledge of various domestic and foreign manufacturing disciplines
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently
7. Hardworking, conscientious and ethical
8. Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin
9. Computer literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 举报 分享
