职位描述：

1. Implement test functions: DV, PV, Annual test and other test which assigned to.

测试职能: 完成研发和量产产品测试以及年度和其他委托的测试

2. Creating test plans and procedures as needed.

创建测试计划以及必要的流程

3. Analyze test results and write test reports.

分析测试结果和编写测试报告

4.Design and implement new test methods.

设计和实现新的测试方法

5.Design test fixture and rigs as needed, adjust the test fixture and rigs during the test, maintain the test rigs and equipment.

设计必要的测试夹具和设备, 测试时测试夹具和设备的调整, 保养测试设备和工装.

6.Customer and supplier contact in projects.

和客户以及供应商沟通

7.Prototype building and test documentation management

样品制作及测试记录文件的管理

8.Team work spirit

团队合作精神

9.Comply with the lab’s 5S practices and contribute to their improvement.

保持实验室的整洁卫生和有序并持续改进

岗位要求：

1.- Bachelor’s degree in automotive or related mechanical and electrical area

汽车专业本科或者相近的机械和电子专业

· Practical experience

New college graduates or experienced test engineer

应届毕业生或者有经验的试验工程师.

· Skills requirements:

· Well understanding of basic test requirement of automotive parts.

· 具备基本的汽车零件的基本知识

· Basic oral, good read, written, communication skills in English.

· 基本的英语口语沟通, 熟练的读写能力

· Knowledge of PLC or Lab view programming is preferred.

· 具备PLC和Labview编程能力优先
