DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职位描述：
1. Achieve perfect order metrics for customer sales, vendor purchase, and inter-company orders.对于客户的销售，供应商采购和内部公司订单，完好地管理。
2.provide prompt response to and/or quick resolution of customer and vendor inquiries and/or complaints. 及时提供迅速的解决方案给客户，对于供应商的询问或投诉也能及时回复和解决。
3.Meet closing schedules 能够在规定的期限内完成任务
4. Receive and process orders and deliveries 接收和操作订单和货运。
5. Audit invoices 审核发票
6. Manage quarterly reconciliation of warehouse invoices and MRP data records。每季度管理仓库发票和MRP数据记录的汇总。
