岗位职责：
1、负责展览会议整体的招商招展及管理统筹工作；
2、开拓合作伙伴,定期与合作客户进行沟通,建立良好的长期合作关系；
3、带领团队完成公司下达的销售任务与指标；
4、负责项目团队员工的培训指导与绩效考核等工作；
5、制定团队销售计划与指标，并按照计划执行完成销售目标；
6、指导或辅助项目团队员工的重要客户的跟进及定单的处理工作；
7、负责开展期间，展馆现场的跟踪服务，监督协调各项工作解决团队内部以及客户的各种突发应急问题。

任职要求：

1、要求大专及以上学历，会展管理、市场营销、工商管理、国际贸易等相关专业；

2、三年以上大型广告公司、公关公司、房产公司、展览公司等咨询团队管理经验；

3、负责项目团队的组建及日常运营，培养并提升团队的咨询能力；

4、有敏锐的市场开拓能力,熟悉展览会议营运流程，能承受工作压力,敢于挑战；

5、能独立带团完成咨询团队的咨询指标，做好客户管理与维护等相关工作；

6、从事过相关协会、理事会会员或理事单位邀请工作的优先考虑。
