资深财务分析员将作为应付账款小组的一名成员为上海迪士尼度假区做出贡献
The Senior Financial Analyst will work as part of a team supporting the Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR) by performing Accounts Payable activities.
主要职责Key Responsibilities
? 高质量的完成三单匹配（包括采购订单、收货单和发票）并在SAP系统里录入发票
? 检查付款时间表确保供应商能及时收到款项
? 积极主动解决问题，处理好外部以及内部的查询工作
? 积极对现有流程提出建设性，使管理和效率有所提高
? 严格执行公司规定，确保内部控制的实施
? 与财务控制团队紧密合作以完成审计对整个采购到付款流程的审查
? 参与以及有能力独立完成与应付账款有关的项目，与不同的业务及技术部门建立紧密的合作关系
? 按月、季度、年度完成与供应商的对账

Perform three way match (Purchase Order, Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt) process, and invoice booking into SAP system in high quality
Review payment schedule and pay vendors on time
Proactively resolve problems, handling external and internal inquiries
Dive deep into the current processes and provide suggestions to drive improvements for better control and efficiency
Follow company policy to ensure proper internal controls and process flows are well implemented
Liaise with Controllership team on all Procure-to-Pay (PTP)-related audit reviews and issues
Participate and able to lead Accounts Payable related projects with close collaboration with other Line of business managers and technical teams
Perform reconciliation on monthly, quarterly or annual basis between our and supplier’s accounts
资格要求Required Qualifications
? 会计/金融专业学士学位或同等学位
? 熟练使用计算机，包括SAP和Excel
? 5年或以上相关邻域的工作经验
? 丰富的会计技能和知识，熟悉中国通用会计准则
? 以客户服务为导向，为不同的业务部门提供一流的服务
? 能够适应快节奏、在压力下对工作内容进行优先管理并且在截至日期前完成任务
? 积极主动，充满自信，自觉地完成工作
? 较强的听说读写能力，包括与各个业务部门顺畅的交流
? 较强的合作精神以及注重细节

? Bachelor’s degree in accounting/Finance
? Strong computer skills, including SAP experience and Excel
? 5+ years working experience in related area, especially in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process
? Adequate accounting skills & knowledge, familiarity with PRC GAAP
? Customer service mindset that focuses on providing top-notch service to all levels of our organization
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities to complete tasks within deadlines
? Highly motivated, self-starter, confident, able to work with limited supervision
? Strong written and verbal communications skills, including ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
? Demonstrated strong partnering skills and detail-oriented
