We are looking for a young energetic Academic support intern to join our team.

   

Duration: 3 months or more  

work time : 5PM - 9PM

Duties:

  

- Work with Academic Team and Communication Team

  

- Task both on academic and school activities: preparation of materials, venue, desks, and equipment needed for the activities

  

- Support Academic Team to facilitate students’ needs and communications

  

- Support Education Director on tutors’ needs and communications

  

- Help to communicate with vendors for the specific events. For instance: Shanghai Fashion Week, Alumni Association.

  

- Work on data collecting

  

- Manage event-related materials and delivery

  

- Flexible availability on school request

  

  

Requirement:

  

- At least 3 days per week

  

- Knowledge of Fashion.

  

- Patient, hard working

  

- Ability to organize tasks in a structure manner, attention to details.

  

- Good at Excel, PPT, strong data sense.

  

- Good proficiency in English
