BASIC FUNCTION基本要求:
Independently, performs various complex and non-routine, standard and non-standard engineering duties which includes planning and design of new assembly lines, improving manufacturing methods, initiating design changes to maximize manufacturing capabilities.

SCOPE职责范围:
Performs complex engineering tasks by implementing and analyzing processes/ procedures and upgrading equipment.
履行在工艺/流程执行、分析、设备升级过程中的复杂工程任务。
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS核心职责:
1. Responsible for the process development of new or existing programs, including assembly and sub-assembly equipment.
负责新项目或现有项目的工艺开发，包括组装和分组装设备。
2. Establishes all in-house manufacturing related assumptions during new business acquisition stage.
在新项目获取阶段，负责建立公司内部生产相关的假设。
3. Develops in-house manufacturing sub-assembly and assembly processes, in line with global best practices, using P-FMEA, MOST analysis, error-proofing, ect…
根据国际化标准，使用P-FMEA,MOST分析，防错等，开发公司内部分组装和组装工艺。
4. Establishes and implements standards, documentation and procedures for all new and existing products to ensure manufacturing capabilities, assist the quality assurance and customer specifications.
为所有新项目和现有项目建立、执行标准，文档以及流程，协助质量保证和客户规范。
5. Continually improves manufacturing methods and process/design changes to facilitate increased profit potential and cost reductions.
持续改进生产方法和工艺/设计变更，提升利润，减少成本。
6. Continually investigates and resolves manufacturing process problems and customer concerns to promote continuous improvement of production efficiency and customer satisfaction.
持续调查、解决生产工艺问题和客户不满，持续改善生产效率，提升客户满意度。
7. Manages equipment suppliers from quote, to technical specification, to delivery.
从报价、技术规范到设备发货的整个流程，负责设备供应商的管理。
8. Assists in ensuring safety equipment is operational and safety procedures are followed to maintain high safety standards.
协助设备的安全运转，确保所有安全制度/流程得到有效执行，维持高的安全标准。
9. Performs process work which involves conventional types of plans, investigations, surveys, structures, or equipment with relatively few complex features for which there are precedents.
履行工艺职责，包括常规的各种计划，调研，调查，结构或之前有一些相对复杂特点的设备。
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES其他职责:
1. Completes and performs other duties/tasks as may be assigned.

3. May supervise or lead entry level Industrial Engineers on special assignments or projects.

Internal内部: Interfaces with CFT Team on a regular basis (Systems Engineer, Quality Engineer, Process Engineer, Purchasing, and Sales Manager)

STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS任职要求
Education教育背景: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering 工程专业，本科
Experience经验: Five to eight years of experience as process engineer for mechanical assemblies. Experience in the automotive industry is a must. 5-8年作为机械组装的工艺工程师；必须拥有汽车行业工作背景。
Working
Knowledge工作知识: Requires a good working knowledge of procedures, including APQP, operating methods and managerial practice; or, a combination of education and experience that develops technical skills to perform routine assignments with proficiency.
要求熟悉流程，包括APQP、运行方法和管理方式；或良好的教育和丰富的技术经验，能出色完成日常工作。
