Personal Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above, Similar administrative experience
? Be well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
? Be Excellent administrative skills
? Possess excellent accuracy and numeracy skills
? Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
? Excellent customer care and communication skills
? Good understanding of international logistics and trade
? Basic product knowledge
? Computer skills: Microsoft office as well as internal order systems
? Communication skills to facilitate good cooperation with dealers/HQ
? Spoken and written English and Chinese
? Willingness to contribute to improving the process , and ability to work independently under the pressure
? Ability to work as part of a team
The Main Responsibilities:
? Sales administration consists of two main parts: order and logistics.
? Order administration includes shipping, import of vehicles, customs clearance, handling of contracts, data processing and volume planning for production.
? Logistics involves handling insurance claims, payment confirmation, arranging PDI, issuing VAT invoices, transport, stock management, update of database, whiteboard and sales file.
? Order administration involves being updated on the stock situation and to do the volume planning for production.
? The position also involves follow-up of orders in pipe line, drafting sales contracts, handling of order forms, follow-up of USD contracts as well as managing the international logistics and customs clearance.
? The order administrator is the company's internal expert on issues related to international trade and logistics.
? Logistics involves the inland transports to warehouse and to the dealers.
? The work includes managing the stock, ordering PDI for new vehicles, ensuring they have insurance and license plates as well as administering claims for insurance and warranty.
? The position is also responsible for reimbursing the workshop for PDI.
