职位描述：
Job Purpose:

JSC VTB Bank is second largest state-owned Russian bank, core of multi-national financial group - VTB Group presented in more than 20 countries, the only Russian bank which has obtained financial license in China (including for CNY operations) is looking for Relationship manager to enlarge corporate customers’ base.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop new clients and accounts. Coordinate selling of products within the VTB Group, structure the deals according to the Branch’s business license and clients’ needs.
2. Maintain relations with the clients; sell banking products according to business plan.
3. Make sufficient number of marketing calls/visits per week. Prepare and circulate negotiations’ reports.
4. Contribute positively to department revenue in achieving branch annual profit target. Individual revenue target to be decided by department head whenever he/she deem fit.
5. Develop relationship strategy and business plan, be responsible for reaching business tasks.
6. Operate CRM database in accordance with the Bank’s regulations.
7. Prepare periodic reports to Branch’s management and HO, and other required report to HO on non-regular basis.

Qualification:

1. Minimum 2 years related working experience, own clients’ base is preferable.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Bachelor degree, major in Finance, Economic, Business.
4. Can work under pressure.
5. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Russian language could be an additional advantage.
6. Confident, intelligent, independent, result oriented and resourceful.
7. Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
