职位描述：
Responsibilities:

Be responsible of execution and follow up of material contract and purchase orders.
1.Be responsible of execution & follow up of material contract & purchase orders.
负责生产装置和改造项目所负责材料合同以及订单的跟踪与执行。
2.Involve in commercial negotiation of materials needed.
参与所需材料的商务谈判。
3.Executing actual procurement work of material based on the schedule of contract & purchase order.
按合同订单的进度执行所需材料采购工作。
4.Monitor the implementation of order and ensure the goods delivery; ensure the quality of materials to meet the standard , collect supplier performance during execution of each order, which contributed to supplier evaluation updating.
在每个订单的执行过程中，负责定单的实施监督和确保及时交货，保证所交货物满足生产质量检验要求，并对材料使用各种问题进行同供应商协调处理，收集供应商的供应业绩，为供应商评估的更新提供依据。
5.Take part in procurement ERP system implementation activity including transacting the purchase order through the system and related tracking.
能通过ERP系统进行采购订单的执行操作及相关订单的跟踪落实。
6.Join and in charge of build supplier database and supplier and material master data.
参加和负责供应商数据库及物料主数据的系统维护及更新。
7.Follow up position safety requirement. Attend EHS training timely. Attend accident investigation if required. Support shop CI project if needed
遵守岗位安全要求，接受安全培训，参与事故调查，协助现场安全改善项目
8.Other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualifications:
1.College degree or above. Engineering or commercial related discipline.
大专以上学历，机械或商务相关专业。
2.Minimum 3 years work experience, with the procurement experience of engineering equipment is preferable.
3年以上工作经验。有工程设备材料采购工作经验为佳。
3.The domestic and foreign trade contract execution experience.
具有内外贸合同执行活动实践。
4.The person should be enthusiastic, have good communication ability and devotion to work.
优秀的沟通能力和技巧，工作热情敬业。
5.Able to work under pressure to deliver tasks on time.
