职位描述：

岗位职责
1、根据成本目标，拟订预算、核算、成本管理等实施细则，报批后组织执行并跟进；
2、编制成本管理计划，提供成本资料，提出降低成本的控制措施和建议；
3、掌握成本动态，收集行业价格信息，进行成本分析，编制报告，对存在问题给予处理意见；
4、统计、核对和分析来自各部门成本相关的数据，进行成本核算；
5、做好相关成本资料的整理、归档、数据库建立、查询和更新工作；
6、参与成本管理体系的建设，协助制定总体方案和实施办法；
7、参与招投标及合同管理、施工图预算及工程结算工作；
8、负责成本目标落实中部门内外的协调和管理；
9、配合财务管理、监督和稽核，协助各部门的推广培训。

任职资格
1、财务管理、会计、预算等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、3年以上成本分析相关工作经验；
3、熟悉财务相关法律法规、会计准则和企业内控制度；
4、优秀的沟通、协调、组织和分析能力；
5、良好的职业素养与品德，有团队合作精神和抗压能力；

6、英语能力佳；

7、Office熟练操作。
