职位描述：
Responsibilities:
工作职责
1. Green Building Evaluation Certification and Consulting related work;
从事绿色建筑评价认证咨询相关工作；
2. Involved in Green Building Design analysis and optimization, writing technical analysis report;
参与绿色建筑设计分析和优化，撰写技术分析报告；
3. Communicate and implement with the team, coordinating and optimizing the Green Building design.
和项目团队沟通落实，协调及优化绿色建筑设计。


Qualifications：
任职资格：

1. Brand University with MEP, Environmental Engineering or Architecture related; Bachelor's Degree or above;
重点大学机电、环境学或建筑相关专业毕业，本科或本科以上学历；
2. Over 3-4 years experience in LEED Certification or China Three Star Certification, familiar with the LEED Certification process, LEED AP/GA is preferred;
具有3-4年以上LEED认证及中国绿建三星认证工作经验，熟悉LEED认证及三星认证工作流程, 拥有LEED AP/GA证书者优先；
3. Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
较好的英文听、说、读、写能力，能用英语进行交流；
4. High sense of responsibility, dedication and enthusiasm to work;
具有高度的工作责任心和学习能力；
5. Be familiar with China Three Star Certification, one energy simulation software, or daylighting and have system commissioning experienced is preferred;
熟悉中国三星认证、能耗模拟软件，或日照、采光模拟软件和系统调试经验者优先考虑；
6. Experience on LEED consulting, coordination, communication and implementation is preferred;
有施工阶段LEED咨询、协调、沟通、落实经验者优先考虑；
7. Oversea studies, foreign working experience is an advantage.
