1、金宝贝中心的日常营运管理，完成公司下达的业绩指标
2、整合各类资源，控制成本，保持中心的业绩可持续稳定增长
3、员工的招聘及训练与指导

4、负责中心各项制度的修订和执行
5、定期开展中心各项内外部市场活动，品牌市场宣传和指导
6、保持水准的客户服务和授课质量

任职资格：
1、大专以上学历

2、有成功营运管理的经验
3、工作三年以上，其中一年以上的管理经验，有销售、服务经验
4、对金宝贝品牌文化的高度认同

5、有发现问题解决问题的能力
6、出色的领导能力和抗压性
7、英文四级，流利的英语应用及会话能力
