Job Title: China Commercial Controller
Job Summary:
China commercial controller has good understanding of Roquette's business model, its commercial strategy and tactics in China and is able to translate his/her knowledge and skills, using various financial tools, into good execution of the financial tasks, valuable analyses and comments to key stakeholders of the commercial activities. He/she is a business partner thinking proactively with and for his/her internal customers, and plays a critical role in associating the commercial actions and the financial expectation of the management. This position requires frequent travels to the China commercial offices and manufacturing plants to ensure close partnering with China commercial leaders and meet the requirements of the growing business in China.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Through the creation or use of appropriate tools and systems, provide financial guidance to China commercial function in decision making processes, including but not limited to setting up spot or periodic pricing, validating contract terms, developing new products and markets, accompanying the bidding processes and customer visits, in order to make sure the commercial actions are in line with the company strategy.
2. Design and implement commercial dashboard under various dimension (origin, destination, by customer, by segment, by product line, etc.) to support daily commercial operations, continuously improve it to meet the business requirements.
3. Prepare reports and comments related to China commercial activities to management reviews and discussions for various reporting cycles.
4. Build proactive relationship with Global Business Unit, provide timely and with quality analyses and explanations to the enquiries from the GBU's.
5. Support China commercial functions in closely partnering with the Commercial leaders and improving the sales efficiency, through control of selling expense and maximizing the value of the sales.
6. Assist commercial functions in improving accuracy and efficiency of the forecast process.
7. Support finance team at entity level to build, implement and improve the performance measurement systems related to commercial KPI's.
8. Support other financial functions on various analyses, projects and process improvement actions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years of corporate finance experience, Financial planning and analysis in a commercial environment is preferred
2. Business analysis focusing on commercial aspects
