职位描述：
岗位职责：
职责和职责包括，但不限于：
1、熟悉Google、Baidu等各大搜索引擎的原理和特点，熟悉竞价排名规则和规律，并制定优化策略；
2、网站内部优化能力，掌握网站内容优化、关键词优化、内部链接优化、代码优化、图片优化的技巧；
3、能选择有效的关键词，并控制关键词在页面内的分布和密度；
4、对网站进行搜索引擎优化设计，并将网站登录到各大免费的搜索引擎和网站目录中；
5、分析行业特点、同行网站的推广方法，关键词，有针对性的对特定关键词进行站内外优化，提升排名；
6、不断开拓网站的外部链接；
                  
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，专业不限；英语CET6以上优先；
2、熟悉搜索引擎自然排名规则和网站优化技巧，熟悉SEO原理和实施方法、熟悉网页开发规范及搜索引擎优化技术；
3、一年以上搜索引擎竞价推广经验；熟悉搜索引擎竞价排名后台管理系统；
4、熟悉微博与微信推广；
5、精通百度、谷歌竞价推广，了解关键词质量度；
6、强烈进取心与高度的工作热情，良好团队合作精神，较强的观察力和应变能力；
7、技术熟练，有相关工作经验的优先考虑。

      上海赫群机械制造有限公司从事机械设备的生产与制造，完全按照ISO9001-2008质量管理体系进行产品设计、生产、组装、检测，由瑞士SGS公司审核并颁发证书，2014年复审顺利通过；在上海青浦和江苏无锡设有三个生产加工基地，厂房总面积达32000多平方米，加工设备160多台套，其中有大型立式车床、5轴联动卧式加工中心、大型龙门铣床、自动抛光机等，加工能力强大，年生产能力达到1000多台套，为成套设备输出和项目EPC总承包业务提供有力支撑；目前全系列核心产品全部通过欧盟产品CE认证。
Shanghai HEQUN Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd is engaged in the production and manufacturing of mechanical equipment. We carry out products designing, manufacturing, assembling and detection fully in accordance with ISO9001-2008 Quality Management System issued by Swiss SGS Company we have also passed the recheck procedure in 2014. Currently, we have 3 processing bases, they are in Qingpu Shanhgai,Wuxi, Jiangsu, covering a total area of more than 32,000 square meters. There are more than 160 sets of processing machinery including large vertical lathe, 5-axis horizontal machining center, large planer type milling machine, automatic polishing machines etc. With the help of our strong processing capacity, we produce more than 1000 sets of equipment every year, which giving strong support to undertake business of production system line and project EPC General contracting...
