职位描述：
1. Be instrumental in communication between Retail and other departments (Retail Operations, Operations, Business Development, Marketing, VM, Logistics etc.), and make sure the brand guidelines is delivered to stores.
2. Work with marketing team to ensure marketing activities fit with the broader marketing plans.
3. Ensure that all processes / guidelines developed by the Retail Operations / VM teams are implemented and strictly followed.
4. In charge of store daily operation, people management, stock management, leading the sales team to achieve sales target
5. Provide business report per management’s requirements on regular basis.
6. Maintain good relationship with clients.
招聘需求：
1. University Degree or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 5 years of Retail Management experience.
3. Strong business acumen and skill-set which enables the management and staff to drive business goals.
4. Ability to guide individuals toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation and staff development skills including the ability to act as a role model within the organization.
5. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public.
