Job Description
? Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
? Able to build up and maintain good relationships with customers
? Keep the working station clean and tidy all the time
? Keeping with the lounge policy and procedures
? Manage the lounge service, maintain the highest possible service standard
Requirements
? Degree/Diploma in management or related disciplines
? Excellent Chinese & English communication skills
? Experience serving First Class passengers in leading airlines or private airlines
? Experience serving guests in Clubs or Hotels' First Class Executive Category
? Highly-initiative, with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
? Well-organized and flexible in the face of change independently
? Willing to work with the night shift is a plus
