2. 依项目开发步骤,准时提交有水平的进度及质量文件

责任
1. 按照生产进程相, 实施相关质量活动,直到产品合格为止
2. 按照检测结果, 驱动委外厂商改善质量
3. 控管质量问题,并协调适当的对策,以优化客户的满意度
4. 跟催KPI, FPY , 及质量良率相关的问题及改进方案进展
资格
1. 具备7-8年品管相关经验, 车载产业经验尤佳
2. 具备电子生产制造相关知识与经验
3. 具备产品与流程分析能力和风险评估能力
4. 英语和普通话沟通技巧

Role Description
Manage and coordinate the proper implementation of quality methodology, documents to have all quality steps of the project development in time at right quality level. It’s an important position in Song Jiang (Shanghai).
Responsibility
1 Implement and follow quality activities relative to processes implementation until Product qualification.
2 Follow results and drive improvement of EMS.
3 Drive Quality issue and coordinate appropriate answer to optimize customer satisfaction.
4 Follow KPI's , FPY , Yields, issues and correctives actions.
Qualification
1 Senior engineer 7-8 years’ experience in Quality, preferably in Automotive
2 Electronic process background and manufacturing knowledge
3 Product and process analysis and risk assessment capability
4 Communication skills in English and Mandarin
