1. 室内、美术及相关专业专科及以上学历，有良好的美术基础，能很好的把握色彩、构图、灯光，具有良好的美术功底；。

2、要求有三年以上室内效果图绘制经验。

3、精通电脑效果图制作,能熟练使用（AUTO CAD、3DS MAX、PHOTOSHOP）等专业制图软件，要具备较好的建模能力

4．具有良好的三维空间想象力,能控制画面的整体效果, 有丰富的酒店,售楼处，会所等项目的效果图绘制经验.

5. 能承受较大的工作压力，很好的配合设计师完成电脑效果图的绘制工作，有良好的团队意识、良好的职业道德及文化修养、吃苦 耐劳
