Responsibilities:
? Technical support for customers (Include product installation, training. and repair)/给客户提供工业产品的技术支持， 包含产品安装，现场支持，电话支持和培训。
? Product local repair/产品本地维修
? Support the sales activity/支持协助销售的售前和市场活动
? Offer internal training/公司内部技术培训
? Traceability maintenance做好技术支持记录文档
Qualifications / Quality岗位要求:
Must have;
? Minimum 2 years working experience in automotive or Support两年以上汽车行业或仪器仪表行业工作经验
? Bachelor Degree or above. industrial automation, mechatronics or instrument measuring related major/工业自动化，机电一体化或仪器仪表专业，本科及以上学历；
? Fluent English speaking, reading and writing. 英语读写和口头会话熟练
? Strong customer service focus and able to deal effectively with people at all levels of the organization团队协作及服务意识
? Willingness to travel frequently within China有出差要求
? Based in Shanghai/在上海工作
Nice to have:
? Working experience in a multinational company/有外企工作经验者优先
? Site support experience on assemble line/有装配线现场支持工作经验者优先
? Siemens S7 or other PLC programming knowledge/掌握西门子S7或其他PLC编程语言者优先
