职位描述：
1、 负责涂料订单处理：接单、内部订单制作及传递、AX系统中价格组的维护、供货跟踪、协调处理信控、投诉等问题；
2、 与涂料相关部门的协作与沟通（外部：客户；内部：销售，工厂，财务等）；
3、 支持涂料销售团队关于合同、样品的管理以及文件处理等；
4、 需求管理（含常备库存）的收集和反馈，维系与客户积极、良好的关系；
任职要求：
1、 中专或以上学历；
2、 3年或以上客服工作经验；
3、 英语有良好的读写、听说能力。
4、 熟悉应用OFFICE软件、ERP系统；
5、 具备良好的分析、判断、沟通能力、有团队精神；
6、 耐心、勤奋，关注细节、关注客户满意度
