Basic Purpose:
An opportunity to join one of our automotive project teams to support the smooth running of the global Customer Satisfaction programme. Part of a global team, the role supports project team on a wide variety of aspects of the programme.

Job Responsibility
(1) Manages project execution ensuring quality/ timing/productivity.
a) Checking data and functionality of the platform
b) Preparing and checking offline deliverables
(2) Investigation and answering of queries from clients (internal and external).
(3) Works with team on client-driven program changes.
a) Develops and oversees project changes and enhancements.
b) Internal coordination with support departments
(4) Works with external suppliers and other internal departments.
(5) Support team in any needs or requirements.
(6) Extraction and Analysing of data (as required)
(7) To adhere to ISO20252 Quality Procedures and Employee Handbook
Qualifications Requirements :
(1) Bachelor Degree or above
(2) Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing), Mandarin is nice to have.
(3) Fresh graduate or 1 – 2 years of experience in Market Research or other Industry professionals.
(4) Must have a strong service orientation
(5) Organized person/very structured and detail oriented
(6) Ability to plan workload and prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines
(7) Technology orientated, working knowledge of all aspects of the IT system in particular Outlook and Excel
Some experience in the following (but not necessary)
(1) Market Research Expertise or Project Management
(2) Customer Satisfaction Experience
(3) Automotive Experience
(4) Some experience in DBA role
(5) International/Global project environment experience
