职位描述：
Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of this role is to assist in the development and the implementation of Weir China regional EHS programs and policies to all departments. In addition to monitor and recommend improvement activities in relation to said programs and policies.
Manage the results and generate action plans by site for the EHS audits and set regular reviews and updates with the teams at each sites.

Objectives (including but not limited to):
? Drive a zero harm culture throughout the regional sites.
? Assist in delivering “best in class” environment, health and safety standards.
? Develop and deliver all targeted safety training information.
? Manage ongoing improvement activities in relation to EHS audits and development plans.
? Lead sustainability efforts by developing and implementing process designed to reduce energy usage and overall carbon footprint. Ensure proper corporate reporting and drive projects both at Weir China sites and service centers.
? Oversee, improve and manage a “system based” HSE management system using contemporary HSE management principles, governance and theory.
? Advise employees and management on minimizing and eliminating workplace/environmental risks. Ensure policies and procedures are established, prepared implemented, revised, and maintained to meet current and known future health, safety, and environmental requirements.
? Lead the creation, implementation, and continual update of HES training. Establish procedures for training employees. Ensure the development of and maintain resource information. Provide regular training to employees in partnership with team leaders and managers on all shifts at all Weir China sites.
? Develop and manage the implementation of policies, procedures, and systems to support the maintenance of OHSAS18001 and ISO14001 compliance. As part of the goal, direct the design, development, and modification of processes and systems.
? Maintain timely and effective communication with employees, in order to provide positive feedback to motivate good, safe performance, ensure that all employees have current and accurate information required for safe job performance and have access to training and development opportunities.
? Plan and conduct/direct facility audits of all China manufacturing sites and service centers and recommend actions for the correction of hazardous situations. Conduct/direct operational audits of required HSE related documentation to ensure compliances. Prepare/ensure audit result reports and follow up on remediation required.
? Actively interpret HSE trend data and statistics providing insights to leaders and developing alternate solutions to improve HSE performances.
? Prepare Weir China monthly reports outlining HSE performances, trends, and corrective actions.
? Gather and assess Group Standard audit result findings and facilitate advice and measure compliance progress.
? Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Measurements:
? EHS audit results by site.
? SOS count by person (targeting ongoing 100% participation).
? Safety training records and presentations.

Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Fluid Engineering or related technical field;
Language Skills: Good command of oral and written English skills;
Reasoning Ability: Must have the ability to gather, research, analyse and make decisions;
Computer Skills:Familiar with office software, such as Word, Excel, Power point；
Proficient with ERP system use and related item/BOM entry tools, familiar with the Engineering BOM and customize products; 举报 分享
