We are looking for experienced supply chain management consultants who have experience in SCM and IT consulting particularly in Demand or Supply Chain Planning Tools for our operations in China. The position will be based in Shanghai.
Requirements:
? Minimum 3 years working experience in supply chain management/manufacturing areas preferably in operations planning and at least 1 year of JDA software experience.
? Has IT project experience in implementation or as an end-user of JDA systems and has implemented or gone through at least 1 full JDA project cycle.
? Experience working in SCM Software/Consulting companies or Big 5 consulting firms would be an advantage
? Possess good analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, leadership & communication skills
? Mature, high sense of responsibilities, self independent and have teamwork spirit
? Must be willing to travel extensively or work for extensive period of time at client site locations
? Able to lead project team and manage customer expectations.
? Able to work extended hours under tight deadline to successfully meet objectives
? Able to read and write English, spoken English is good but not a must.
? Able to read, write and speak Chinese fluently. Native Chinese preferred.
? University graduate, those with postgraduate degrees will be an advantage.
? Well versed in Microsoft Office applications
? Those with much higher years of experience will be considered for senior roles.
Responsibilities:
? Performs system configuration and implementation tasks for consulting project activities.
? Determines client project requirements in terms of operational processes and technology.
? Work with a team in implementing JDA solutions.
? Perform diagnostic, root-cause and trend analysis on problem solving.
? Lead projects through presales, proposal preparation, product demo, project implementation, ROI analysis to go-live support.
? Assess solution options and defining conceptual solution design, in conjunction with client operational and IT systems engineers
? Serve as customer advocate throughout solution design, development, and test phases to ensure delivered solution meets customer objectives
? Provide domain expertise, especially in the areas of SCM solutions throughout the project life cycle
? Transferring domain knowledge to other team members
? Train customers, partners and other employees on Adexa solutions.
