1. 有5年以上销售工作经验，在汽车行业需有2年以上销售工作经验
2. 熟悉所负责的主机厂商，与客户各相关部门保持良好的人脉关系；
3. 具有敏锐的市场感知，把握所负责客户的市场动态和市场方向；
4. 制定和执行所负责客户的销售和市场战略；
5. 优秀的与客户、公司内部各部门、全球销售团队的沟通能力；
6. 有GM客户管理经验的优先。

岗位职责
Job Responsibility
1. 收集客户及市场信息，编制五年销售计划、年度销售计划等公司要求的各种计划文件；
2. 了解客户需求，结合我司产品优势，识别新的商业机会；
3. 新技术、新概念的推广；
4. 获得新项目RFQ，确认RFQ要求，主导内部报价工作，有效进行价格谈判并赢取新项目；
5. 管理现有项目，负责模具款项和应收账款的回收，负责年度价格谈判，主导量产项目客户变更的前期管理；
6. 负责合同谈判、内部评审、签订与维护；
7. 客户投诉、抱怨和相关信息的收集和反馈;
8. 支持和配合公司内部相关部门进行滚动生产计划管理、成品库存管理、发货管理、客户质量管理、VAVE及前期工程变更管理；
9. 深入了解客户：客户组织结构、采购、关键决策人、采购标准等信息，与客户各相关部门各层级人员保持良好的关系；
10. 深入了解客户需求、抱怨及战略方向，深入了解竞争对手价格、质量及发展方向，及时反馈信息给公司管理层，为高层决策提供依据；
11. 完成上级临时交办的其他任务；
