职位描述

Resposibilities

-Searches for new
projects involving induction equipment machines Such work should be made by
pro-active actions including and not limited to companies visits, trade shows
visits, and more generally all means available

-Coordinating with other internal sales (at local and international level) and
managing the network of formal and informal agents inside China.

-Interfaces with prospects and customers inside and outside of the company
before and after order. That includes:

Prospects finding

Customers relation

Quote presentation

-Pre-acceptance interface with customers

Support to Administration to get due payments

Support to After Sales Service department during start-up, commissioning and
warranty periods

-Receives customers demands (RFQ), analyze and sort them and prepare the quote
with proper internal technical and commercial support (pricing is at first made
under the supervision of the Saet Group project support team)

-Delivers and presents the quotes to the customers commercially and technically
with, when needed, help from SAET Group support team

Negotiates contracts with the customers within given guidelines (Price,
delivery, commercial and technical terms)

-Prepare internal order form (project description, aim, cost structure) for
proper manufacturing/production process including necessary meeting
coordination


Requirements




-Experience in
the field of Tooling Machines (preferred GRINDING or HANDLING)






-Degree preferred: electro-technical engineering or mechanic engineering








-Very Good command
in English speaking and writing (other language a plus)








-Experience in
managing network or agents and to manage the information transfer from abroad
to China, adapting them for the local market








-Organized
person








-Effective
skill with Office products (Word, XL, Power Point)







-Self motivation and autonomy for tasks not in
the direct scope of responsibilities

Effective proactive liaison with other departments as necessary to forecast,
plan to meet, and to support demand from group customers
