工作职责：客户对象为外企HR相关人员。

1.客户开发：潜在客户的联系与沟通、拜访，根据客户要求制定匹配方案。

2.客户管理：客户关系的维护，更新客户信息等。

3.支持培训与咨询项目的实施及后期维护。

4.工作时间：9：30-16:30，时间灵活，以工作任务完成为标准。

任职要求：
1. 25—30岁，专业不限
1. 2年以上销售经验, 有咨询、培训行业经验优先；
2. 稳健可靠，积极乐观, 善于理解需求,制定方案；
3. 善于学习和应用系统的销售管理理念及操作方法。

Job Responsibilities：
- Identifying business opportunities with target clients;
- Understanding clients’ T&D needs and providing customized training solutions;
- Managing training projects including planning, coordination and process/quality control;
- Building and maintaining good relation with existing and potential clients;
- Maintaining and promoting company image;
- Providing sales forecast and market information;
- Achieving company, as well as individual annual performance target;
- Updating client management system.
Job Requirements：
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in business administration will be a plus;
- Work experience in multinational companies/training institutes/consulting firms/overseas education is preferred;
- Fluent oral and written Chinese and English. Good command of computer skills;
- Proactive, accountable, customer oriented. Good communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
