Candidate Requirements:

- College or above in logistics or international trade and transportation or related fields

- Minimum 2 years working experience in import and export operation

- Familiar with import/export declaration in Customs, CIQ and State Administration of Foreign Exchange

- Chinese native speaker

- Fluent in English and Mandarin speaking and writing

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in using MS Office




Job Responsibilities:

- The mission will cover the import/export operation, organize shipping plan and prepare all the required documents for import/export declaration by sea/air

- Coordinate with subsidiaries, manufacturers for all related activities of cargo, keep good relationship with forwarder and international express companies

- Control the transportation cost and work efficiency in daily work

- Assist in any other administrative issues
