职位描述
质量工程师
主要职责：协助采购部门对国内材料供应商的审核以及sub-contractor样品提交MAW流程
负责制定和维护进料检验标准和检验作业指导
负责制定和维护产品制造检验标准，VA和控制计划
召开DC会议，对DC各项措施跟踪落实并报告
定期展开不合格品分析，持续降低内外部的不合格发生
协助质量经理处理客户投诉
新产品开发阶段的质量检验支持
负责联系第三方对材料的性能和尺寸的检测
资格条件：至少3年质量管理方面工作经验
机械或相关专业
要求基本的英语能力
薪资：45000-7000RMB/月
Quality Engineer
1.Cooperate with purchase department on the supplier audit and responsible for samples'/MAW process.
2.Be responsible for set up and maintain the inspection criterion and inspection instructions in material incoming inspection.
3.Be responsible for set up and maintain the control plan and inspection instructions in CNC,Weld,Assy.
4.Hold meetin on DEs,following up the actions and DC implement status.
5.Reject analysis on external and internal non-conformities,following up corrective actions and preventive actions,continually reduce rejects.
6.Assistant quality manager to handle customer complaints.
7.Quality support to production when new product introduce phase.
8.Clsely comm,With 3rd past test body on dimension inspection and any test item concerned.
Qualifications:
Above 3 years quality work experience
Mechanism major
Basic English ability
Salary will be around RMB4500/M
