“Your future:” 你的未来

1. Manage and develop the business within the specific region (devided into South/North/Central/ West China) , familiar with the key cities
2. Establish good relationship with local distributors and regional retail key accounts, such as Hyper/Super markets and explore new business opportunities
3. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets, both in shipment out of factory & sell-in to the retailers
4. Be responsible for local promotion planning and execution according to the marketing and promotion strategy
5. Monitor and control the costs in compliance with regional budget by effective measures
6. Analyze sales data and generate reports
7. Sales team, sales staff management


1.管理并拓展地区销售业务，熟悉该地区重点城市
2.与当地经销商及地区重点零售客户（卖场、超市等）建立并保持良好合作关系，同时拓展新客户。
3.达成月底及年度销售指标，包括出厂订单指标及卖入零售终端指标。
4.根据公司制定的市场促销战略制定当地执行层面的促销计划并负责实施。
5.严格按照区域预算，通过严格有效的措施管控成本。
6.分析市场及销售数据并生成分析报告。
7.管理销售团队、销售人员。

“Your strength:” 你的优势

1. Hands–on experience on distributor management is a must
2. Retail key accounts management experience is preferred
3. 3-5 years experience in sales function in FMCG and in-depth knowledge of this industry
4. Negotiation/problem solving skills
5 .Analytical mind, willingness to travel in China, ability in time management
6. Basic English language skill
7. Bachelor’s degree or above

1.必须具备管理经销商的实际操作经验.
2.优先考虑具有零售重点客户管理经验者.
3.在快速消费品行业有3至5年的实际销售经验并对这个行业有深入的了解.
4.富有谈判及解决实际问题的技巧.
5.善于分析，愿意出差，能很好管理时间.
6.基本的英语沟通技巧.
7.本科及以上学位.
