职位描述
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Select, train, develop, motivate, and maintain a competent workforce to handle certification services for Food Equipment products.
2. Monitor and evaluate CPM's performance. Understand and grasp the policies and standards. Train CPMs as long as there is a need.
3. Develop, implement, and monitor annual operating plans and budget for Food Equipment department, along with other necessary reports, consistent with NSF Shanghai's strategies and operating plans.
4. Assist Marketing department to develop new business by trade show, seminar, customer on-site visit/training, etc.
5. Develop and maintain quality customer service and consistency of operations among CPM staff.
6. Perform other duties as requested.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. A minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience including experience on supervisor position.
3. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
4. Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to manage the department routine job.
7. Ability to appraise subordinate properly and stimulate them to develop their advantage.
8. Strong time and management skills.
