职位描述
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Conduct facility audits (initial, annual or special audits), finish and submit the audit report timely according to NSF requirements.
2. Help to make the customer communicate with NSF effectively to follow the deficiencies cited during the audit and respond with CAR plan to NSF timely for final solution.
3. Develop cost effective work plans for the completion of assigned audits.
4. Develop business by responding to inquiries, conducting introductory visits, conducting seminars, and attending conferences in support of NSF's business units (as authorized).
5. Monitor and report client needs, service delivery issues, and competitive threats to management team.
6. Investigate and resolve complaints.
7. Keep effective communication with auditor manager to report any involved matters timely, establish and maintain effective communication with Program Representatives and Project Managers as it relates to assigned clients.
8. Take great effort to achieve the performance goal.
9. Perform other duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. At least five years experience in auditing or QC management in factory.
2. Ability to work independently from remote location and good ability to communicate with others.
3. Willingness and ability to relocate.
4. Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
5. Ability to obtain a profession registration (environmental health, engineering, or related profession).
6. BS degree in environmental health, food science, chemical, mechanical related science. Engineering degree is preferred.
7. Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English (written and verbal),CET-6 passed or above.
8. Good service sense, penitent, ability to travel and working under high pressure.
9. Good team working and communication skill.
