Job Responsibilities:

1.Develop and review the operational procedure.

2.Review and streamline the operational processing to improve the efficiency and strengthen the risk control.

3.Represent Trade Ops to work with business and IT on product/system development.

4.Provide the guidance and advice to branch operations from product knowledge, irregular case handling, risk control aspect.

5.Provide the training to branch operation staff for new product/procedure/system

6.Support team head to built and run the trade hub.

7.Support branch daily operations if necessary.



Job Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree holder or above

2.Good trade operations experience. Minimum 8 years experience in trade related banking operations.

3.Strong knowledge/experience on trade related international rules, regulations and practices. CDCS will be a plus

4.Solid knowledge on statutory rules and regulations.

5.Good knowledge on regulatory requirements on general banking products.

6.Good PC skills and good command of English and Mandarin.

7.Good communication skill and problem solving skill.

8.Willing to work under pressure.
