Responsibility

• Will provide and promote the best technical product and support solutions for our customers, while insuring the business goals of the BA are met.
• Focus on technical support by organizing and disseminating expert knowledge about products of the BA and their use in customer applications. This includes developing and delivering product training, and defining Technical Literature content. At the request of the BA Sales Team, the PAE will visit Customers to provide specialized support for BA products and sub-systems.
• Answers the deeper technical component/sub-system questions coming from customer directly or through SAE
• Technical tool development
• Decisions on technical feasibility at component level
• Input on data and documentation needed for customer proposals
• Product training with sales force and at customer

• University degree in mechanical /electrical engineering discipline or sufficient experience in mechanical /hydraulic/electronics design or technical support

• 5+ years experience as a sales/technical/engineering position in the Sauer-Danfoss target markets

• Extensive technical expertise of products produced by the BA
• Extensive knowledge of the Sauer-Danfoss target markets and applications
• Good knowledge of key IT tools (incl SAP)

• Ability to work in international team environments
• Energetic, willing to find compromises between multiple and sometimes conflicting interests
• Externally engaging with customers - broad knowledge of usual sales process
• Service minded, placing the customer at the center of his/her preoccupation
• Demonstrated customer oriented thinking
• Passion for the BA's and Sauer-Danfoss' products
• Communication and networking capabilities

控制部门负责部门设计，生产和销售电-液阀，电子控制器，直电流和交电流马达。
4.全球服务
我们针对客户的需求提供最佳的解决方案、研发新产品，以求得共同发展。
