职位描述
Position: CSR China Market
Job Description:
1) Sales order & inventory planning, and monthly purchase planning
2) VAT invoice management and payable & receivable management
3) Support order process and fulfillment for designated customer segments
4) Play a key role in payment collection and shipment control.
5) Work closely with sales team to attain customer satisfaction through high-quality CSR service.
6) Work with sales team as well as direct accounts in achieving high-quality sales and order forecast.
7) Be a key player in the order process fulfillment and improvement.
8) Support other business activities as required.
Job Requirement:
1) University Degree preferably with a degree in logistic, or international trade
2) Good communication skills
3) Good English, both of oral and writing
4) Good sense of customer service
5) Minimum 1 years in Customer Service or Logistics planning or relevant role
6) Proactive and be able to work under pressure.
