Duties and responsibilities:

1. To identify the critical product characteristics and setting up the relevant quality system (e.g PMP,

CMM programming, QS infinity PCS programming).

2. Responsible for the planning, inspection of FAI samples and preparing FAI report.

3. To take charge of sample buy off by working closely with Piloting team for new and modified tooling and to

escalate the chronic issues to the attention of QA manager when necessary.

4. Preparation of weekly reports on new projects development.

5. Manage customer complaints, customer survey and relevant documents request.

6. Liaise with laboratory on testing activities and maintaining relevant records.

7. To assist QA manager to maintain the QMS.

8. To carry out any other duties as directed by superior.

Job Requirements：

• Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering field.
• Over 1 year working experience in foreign company and quality management related experience preferred.
• ISO 9001:2008 QMS experience is a plus.
• Resourceful and able to work independently.
• A sound knowledge of statistic and good at data analysis.
• Good communication in oral and written English.
