Mechanical Design Engineer *2
· Responsibilities
1. Develop 2D & 3D models with parts list & specifications as per design inputs & guidelines provided by Product Development & Engineering function.
2. Develop & generate detailed engineering drawings in compliance with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance standards.
3. Liaise with internal & external customers to review requirements, project status & project signoff phases of projects.
4. Manage project documents, requirements, records, methodology, templates, standards & guidelines.
5. To ensure alignment of tasks performed in line with Quality manual procedures related to Product Design & Engineering function.
6. Plan, perform & report Quality status of project deliverables – Quality & Delivery.
7. Work closely with purchase team to ensure suitable and capable part/equipment suppliers are used;
8. Analyze and resolve problems occurred for mechanical part during production and test;
9. Provide high level maintenance support
10. Contribute to part localization and cost optimization activities

· Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above with a solid background for Mechanical design or chemical machinery, or other equivalent.
2. More than 3 years’ experience in industrial product design function or manufacturing environment.
3. Hand-on knowledge of CAD applications such as Pro/Engineer, Pro/Mechanical, AUTOCAD, etc. and MS operation.
4. Very good knowledge of machining theory regarding machining, heat treatment and common machining equipment.
5. Good English at reading and writing.
6. Experience on fluid pump designing is preferred.
7. Flexibility and self learning, Innovative, Teamwork.
8. Strong analytical skills are desired
