职位描述
Function: RF Test Engineer
Job Description:
1. Study requirement specifications and study/write test specifications, including Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases and Test Report.
2. Execute test cases, analyze test result and report test result on schedule.
3. Follow Quality Process: find, characterize, track and verify defects. Provide detailed log to design team if needed.
4. Regular report on test progress
Candidate Requirements:
Education background: Bachelor , Major in telecommunication, electronic engineering, computer science, or related.
At least more than 1+ years of RF design/testing experience, preferred in BTS/Repeater.
Understanding and practice of test methodology and quality processes;Be familiar with kinds of test equipments, including NFA, VSA, VNA, VSG & PM.
Good knowledge of RF transceiver architecture; Good knowledge of 3GPP, 3GPP2.
Master some scripting languages like Shell/Perl/VB/TCL. Be familiar with at least one of the following interactive languages, VEE/ Lab Windows/ LABVIEW.
Language ability: English, good in both written and oral.
7. Other requirements: Capability to adapt rapidly in a challenging job environment; good team player. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Strong cross-analysis and problem solving skills with proven system debugging skills.
