Reporting to: Business Director

Job Purpose: Responsible for leading and managing customer QAD projects. Leads teams of consultants and client personnel as project based.

Duties:
1. Responsible for project delivery, resources, timelines, schedules, financials and client satisfaction.
2. Analyzes customer's business requirements and application objectives and develops solution's project.
3. Proactively manages scope and its changes.
4. Proactively manages delivery issues and risks and creates mitigation strategies.
5. Manages all project administration activities (time recording, invoicing, status reporting, project reviews, resource management) on a timely basis.
6. Participates in pre-sales phase of projects.
7. Interacts frequently and regularly with client.
8. Be adept at establishing solid working relationships with all levels, including senior management and executive.

Experience required:
1. At least 5 years QAD implementation experience or 10 years of other ERP implementation experience.
2. QAD MFG/PRO system experience is a plus.
3. Has an excellent command of both spoken and written English.
4. PMP certification is a plus.
5. Good team work and communication skills.
6. Proficient PC skills.
