职位描述

1 | § To assist the project leaders in the Traffic Assessment and parking demand study based on the brief given by the Head / Client. § To make detailed presentation drawings & documentation. § Make detailed presentation of traffic, parking, drawings and documentation. § Prepare proposal and report for presentation for client. |
2 | Team Work § Coordinate with team members and coordinate the work status § Share & seek information relevant to the progress of the assignment |
3 | Quality management § Ensure reports / drawings sent are error free § Develop processes to ensure error free output / follow existing quality processes. § Follow the existing quality standards of Secure and develop process for improvement. |
4 | Client Interface § Meet and interact with the clients technical team to discuss project details and execution. § Explain clients the impact of the current traffic flow and future impact, drawings on concept, parking design, signage's etc. § Present the client with the proposal and report and explain. |
C. Key Competencies required to perform the current role
Knowledge
1. An Engineering Graduate with Masters in Traffic / Transport Engineering/ construction
2. 8-10 years of experience project management experience.
3. Property development /construction projects or government infrastructure bureau working background
4. Stated owned enterprise engineering or university engineering consultancy experience is also in consideration
5. Proficiency in Ms Office, Auto CAD, Auto Turn4 and other software's for the study, Knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, and Corel Draw.
6. Good English communication skill, overseas study or working experience is a plus
7. Strong knowledge and understanding of road traffic, intersections, construction practices / techniques, contract laws, project controls and building support systems.
