Job Description:
????Develop hair care and skin care new application to deliver tangible benefits.
????Strong fundamental understanding of formulation science to design new personal care formulations.
????Good polymer science background to identify novel applications for the the existing ASI chemistries
????Ability to translate scientific insights into new products.
????Work with multi-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales to deliver projects.
????Good communication skills - Create and present the findings to internal/external customers..


Required Qualifications
????Bachelor degree or more, preferably in a technically related field, (i.e. chemical engineering, chemistry)
????Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in personal care formulating/manufacturing
????Understanding China hair and skin care market trends/consumer needs
????Good communication skill, responsibility and team working spirit.
????Good English and computer skill.
