职位描述：
Job Title: CTI China Performance Improvement/Operational Director
Position Overview:
Manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance improvement and quality improvement programs are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic initiatives. Assures organization-wide SQDCI initiatives are created and then aligned for improving operational results. Establishes and maintains KPIs, establishes and leads SPC central data collection and analysis, and establishes Lean based reporting and CI culture. Provides leadership and coordination for improving the organization’s core manufacturing and sourcing capabilities in Asia. Coordinates with CTI Quality Director in establishing standard CI forms, Action Item lists, and weekly/monthly/quarterly mill performance report cards. Prepares and/or finalizes customer facing CI reports and presentations in support of CTI USA leadership, often utilizing materials developed by VP/General Manager, Quality Director, and Area Managers. New product development support for the VP/General Manager. This is a position with high visibility by CTI Ownership and Executive Leadership with daily interaction and communication.
Minimum Requirements:
1. College degree in business, engineering, or related field.
2. 5 or more years of experience in manufacturing.
3. Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement necessary.
4. Wood industry back ground a plus, but not required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
1. Bilingual in Mandarin and English required.
2. Knowledge of continuous improvement programs, LEAN, and/or SPC;
3. Skilled in communicating effectively, facilitating group projects and training staff;
4. Preparing reports, including interpreting statistical data;
5. Planning, designing and evaluating quality program initiatives;
6. Highly skilled in Excel;
7. Ability to establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships.
Reports To:
The Position reports to CTI Shanghai VP General Manager. The employee must be able to function with a high degree of independence and be a self-starter.
Supervisory Duties:
Communicates regularly with CTI leadership, mill management, staff, and area/plant in the areas of Op Ex and opportunities for improvement.
