We are urgently looking for the Accounting & Administration Officer to work at our BaoShan office 上海市宝山区长建路198号:

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for full spectrum of accounting functions such as master data, journal entries, reconciliations, APs, ARs and setup of payments

· Financial analysis & preparation of monthly management reports

· Responsible for accuracy of trade and trade data

· All aspects of settlement related to accounting including customer statements, payments, handling customer queries, dunning notices, investigations

· Maintain fixed assets register & depreciation

· Prepare audit schedules and liaison with external auditors

· Prepare monthly tax report

· Control travel expense reimbursement procedure

· Update employee data and maintain basic HR records

· Handle monthly employee insurance report

· Control monthly employee time reports

· Compliance of legal requirements

· Provide administrative support

· Liaise with local authorities

· Provide secretarial support such as general correspondence, organising of meetings, travel planning, etc.

· Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

· At least 3 years of Accounting & Finance experience in multinational companies

· Solid knowledge of Accounting & Finance

· Have experience in handling full set of books

· Knowledge of SAP R/3 would be of advantage

· Proficient in MS Office

· Mature, independent, meticulous, committed and a good team player

· Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced work environment

· Available immediately or within a short period

· Candidate should be fluent in both English and Chinese

· Report to HK office & German Headquarters
