职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Corporate HR and local branches in China to implement the free share plan for employees and executives
- Work closely with Corporate HR to launch and maintain HR system
- Be responsible for the monthly payroll in China
- Administer HR service suppliers to maintain social benefits procedures
- Follow up employee registration & exit process, and other routine procedure
- Maintain and update personnel and annual leave record
- Prepare the invitation letters for visitors , Expats permits and related documents
- Be responsible for the job post, cv screening and the interview arrangement in China
- Prepare the monthly HR Report
- Support other things assigned by Asia HR Manager

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Administration, etc.
- Above 5 years similar experience in HR field in multinational companies
- Familiar with labor law and government polices
- Good command of computer skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English,CET-6 is a must
- Good communication skills, teamwork spirit with customer service awareness
