- 根据客户需求招募行业专家，筛选、面试、评估候选人，并有效维护与候选人的关系
- 撰写候选人背景信息，维护公司专家资源库
- 跟进项目进度，与客户进行有效沟通
- 安排电话、面对面、圆桌会议等形式的专家访谈
 
岗位要求：
- 对专业服务和行业研究充满热情，具有高度服务意识
- 出色的沟通能力和说服技巧，有较强的亲和力
- 善于利用cold call，搜索引擎，社交网络等渠道联系到合适候选人
- 本科及以上学历，英语六级及以上
