- Implement / accelerate growth of METRO welfare business
- Assist to enhance the welfare assortment solution to meet various customer needs mainly in Grocery/Sweets/Wine/Cosmetic category
- Optimize internal / external welfare business communication process

主要职责：
- Responsible for welfare business development with assigned KPIs in Grocery / Sweets / Wine / Cosmetic category (Buying customer, sales, margin, growth target…)
- Market research & customer survey for welfare needs mainly in FD category
- Welfare assortment sales data analysis mainly in FD category
- Order: send new sourcing order request to suppliers / summarize & send information to store/ inform supplier about order sample/ follow order progress/ order result key learning mainly in FD category
- New supplier listing with all related documents preparation and communication with supplier/ QA/ OM/ SCM / MCD to list new supplier mainly in FD category
- New article listing: communicate with supplier/ QA/ OM/ SCM to list new article mainly in FD category
- MMS system maintenance such as price maintenance, key order, set DnR mainly mainly in FD category
- Showroom assortment relative tasks : showroom layout guidance / provide article list communicate with supplier for NSO / remodeling showroom sample sending mainly in FD category
- Marketing : provide and confirm content for Catalogue/Flyer/We-chat/ B2E / customer activities mainly in FD category

技能要求：
- University degree and/or equivalent industry specific experience
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
