1. 为中国区的干散货业务提供技术和工程支持；
2. 具有解决问题的能力，能在较短的时间内提供技术解决方案；

工作职责
主要职责1 –干散货业技术支持 | 工作量% |
1. 提供与Interbulk干散货业务相关的技术支持。包括参与客户会议，解决问题，排除故障； 2. 与其他部门员工合作，在客户端工作现场进行装运/卸货试运行操作； 3. 对第三方供应商提供的技术服务进行管理和控制； 4. 与技术相关的成本控制。包括物资设备采购； 5. 设备管理。包括对公司所有设备的位置及利用率的监控。 | 35% |
主要职责2 –为业务开发提供销售相关的工程技术支持 | |
1. 与业务开发团队紧密合作，参与客户协商，并提供技术解决方案； 2. 参与新设备的开发工作，协助业务开发团队进行设计和绘图； 3. 协助样机的构建和测试； 4. 在客户端工作现场进行安装，并进行装运/卸货的试运行； 5. 按Interbulk操作程序对客户操作人员进行培训。 | 35% |

资历和经验
1. 工程学士学位或同等学历，机械专业优先；
2. 3-5年相关工作经验。有车辆工程及维护经验，电气/电子，液压和气力传输系统经验优先。有物流行业相关经验更佳；
3. 流利的英语书写及口语交流能力；
4. 熟练的AutoCAD及MS office 操作技巧；
5. 具有项目管理经验。有该领域从最初的技术设计到全面实施项目的能力；
6. 具备与客户和供应商沟通协商的经验；
7. 积极主动，寻求个人发展；

Brief Description of Roles (i.e. purpose of role)
1. To provide technical and engineering support to Interbulk’s dry bulk activities in China;
2. Typical problem areas faced in Role. Short time frames for delivering technical solutions.
3. Frequent, sometimes unpredictable requirement to travel.
4. Keep and maintain job journals and report as request;
5. Follow the company’s policies and procedures at all time.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
Key Activity 1 –Technical support to dry bulk business | Approx. % time |
1. Providing field engineering resource on behalf of Interbulk, including participation in meetings with customers as required regarding problem solving / trouble shooting. 2. Undertaking load / discharge trails at customer sites in line with Interbulk procedures. 3. Manage the performance of third party suppliers providing a technical service to Interbulk. 4. Cost control on technical activities including the purchasing of materials. 5. Equipment control; monitor utilisation and location of all equipment. | 35% |
Key Activity 2 –(Sales) engineering support to Business development engineering team | |
1. Working with business development engineering team, developing technical solutions in consultation with customer. 2. Assisting in the development of new equipment working to a design and drawings provided by the business development engineering team. 3. Assisting in prototype building and testing. 4. Installing equipment at customer sites for undertaking trial discharges and loadings, 5. Training of customer operational staff in accordance with Interbulk operational procedures. | 35% |
Key Activity 3 –Local sourcing of service and equipment | |
1. Locally sourcing full range of equipment and technical construction and maintenance/repairs. 2. Supplier selection and auditing. 3. Negotiate pricing, raise purchase order, and cost control on all equipment and spare parts. 4. Control purchase orders including preparation and administration for import & export of equipment. 5. Manage CAPEX control and technical expenses. | 10% |
Key Activity 4 –Setting / implementing operational procedures, documents, in order to meet ISO and company QHS standards | |

Desired Qualifications and Experience
1. Engineering bachelor degree or equivalent, prefer mechanical background
2. 3-5 years relative working experience, prefer experience in vehicle engineering and maintenance, electrics /electronics, hydraulics and pnuematic conveying systems. Experience within logistics industry will be highly desirable;
3. Fluent in written and spoken English;
4. Familiar with AutoCAD system, good PC skills in MS office
5. Project management; ability to take project from initial design up to full implementation in the field.
