+ Manage the operation and administration of QA function for woven products.
+ Conduct sample evaluation
+ Responsible for fabric inspection, pre-production, in-line, laundry monitoring and final audit
+ Work with merchandisers, vendors, suppliers and manufacturers during seasonal cycles to anticipate, prevent and resolve quality problems
+ Communicate quality requirements, inspection policies and procedures to existing and new factories to ensure that production will meet company's requirement
+ Implement quality control policies and procedures as directed by senior management to ensure conformity with legal and corporate specifications and standard
+ Conduct evaluation on potential vendors in the areas of production capacity and performance
+ Develop, lead and motivate staff
