职位描述：
General duties/主要职责:

? Keep the good status of capital operation;
? Try to provide the proper working environment for the accounting team members to keep the efficient team wok status;
? According to the PRC GAAP, be responsible for the accuracy and timely of the finance reports;
? Provide the relevant financial information to the top management for making business decisions;
? Assist to improve the operation processes and make the business operation and finance processes controllable;
? Keep good communication with the government depts.;
? Keep efficient communication with the relevant entities such as auditing, banking, etc;
? Tax planning, to pay the taxes according to the relevant tax principles of PRC;
? Be responsible for the accuracy and timely of the finance reports and tax claim reports
? Prepare credit line management;
? Manage on accounts payables;
? Other relevant jobs are arranged by the leader

Tasks in operating cycle/具体工作内容:

? According to the PRC GAAP and the detail accounting regulations of JH SH, to set up and define the accounting codes;
? Organize and maintenance the efficient accounting information system;
? According to the relevant regulations, to check the journal vouchers and manage the accounting information;
? Periodically check the general ledgers, sub-ledgers and journal vouchers and keep them logical consistent;
? Prepare and check the monthly accounting reports and do the relevant analysis;
? Effectively and efficiently build and manage the finance team;
? Modify and improve the accounting regulations;
? Instruct and train the members of accounting team;
? Coordinate the implementation of fundamental documentary controls based on the group internal control policy and guidelines;
? Conduct periodic review on financial process and documentary controls to identify on the regular basis control weakness, propose corrective actions and overall evaluate the effectiveness of internal financial controls;
? Confirm the figures of the monthly tax claim reports and statistics reports;
? Be responsible for the planning, preparation and coordination for both internal and external audit;
? Complete the temporary tasks accurately and timely

Working experience (in years)/工作经验：

- Working experience of accounting in the foreign invested companies for over 5 years and the experience on accounting management at least for 3 years is a must.

Professional/专业能力:

- Deep knowledge of IFRS and PRC GAAP;
- Be familiar with the PRC finance and tax regulations and policies;
- Be fluent in the oral and written English;
- Be familiar with the ERP systems and the Microsoft offices (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.);
- With the logical analysis ability and independently solving problems;
- Team work, effective and efficient communication with internal and external entities;
- Effective and efficient work under the pressure.
