职位描述：
1、与用户保持紧密联系以了解用户真实需求，并在网络分析与解决方案中提供技术支持。
2、方案完成过程中提供全方位的售后/售前支持与服务顾问。
3、为用户解决方案相关的各种技术问题。
4、对公司新产品学习及测试。


岗位要求：

1、三年以上IP相关工作经验，具备售前/售后服务经验。
2、有IP网络、大型电信运营商网络规划或维护经验。
3、有运营商大网DDoS攻击行为分析和运维服务经验。
4、熟悉以下IP网络通信技术2种以上：VoIP, Wireless, 2G/3G Mobile, Routing, Switching, VPN, Security, QoS。
5、熟悉城域网、骨干网、广域网架构，有良好的网络问题解决能力。
6、熟练掌握TCP/IP协议技术及技巧，理论基础知识扎实。
7、能够处理复杂的IP网络环境并解决问题或寻求相关资源。
8、具备独立思考和作战能力，良好的协调能力、团队合作精神及客户服务素质与人际关系、沟通技巧。
9、有CCNP、CCIE认证及良好售前经验者优先。
10、适应全国短期出差。

Founded in June 2000, Genie Networks Ltd.
